Borderless Access Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred as "Company" or "we" and through similar words such as "us," or "our") is a digital Market Research solutions provider. Company is inter alia is engaged in providing access to experiences and life moments of engaged consumers, driven by Technology & Community Analytics, to its global clientele of MR firms, Ad Agencies, Consultancy firms, and End Enterprises who need responsive, high quality, valuable insights of hard-to-reach audiences (Consumers, B2B & Specialist Audiences, including Healthcare) including our website and other properties through which such services are delivered ("Services"). The terms of this privacy policy (hereinafter referred as "Policy") will be applicable to all the natural person who is a California resident, as defined in Section 17014 of Title 18 of the California Code of Regulations. The intent of this Policy is to make you aware of the rights that have been granted to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act enacted in 2018 ("CCPA"). The policy gives direction to organization to establish and maintain data privacy framework to protect Personal Information collected by the business. This policy outlines how the Company uses and safeguards the personal information. It states the Company's commitment to comply with the data protection regulations. The Company is committed to being transparent about how we collect and use the personal/business data of our workforce, clients and suppliers and consumers to meet our data protection obligations under CCPA. This Policy also sets out the Company's commitment to data protection and consumer rights and obligations in relations to their personal data.

The Policy covers all natural persons who is a California resident, as defined in Section 17014 of Title 18 of the California Code of Regulations. The persons/ users may range from being individuals, entities, organizations, or corporations.

You maymake a verifiable request for access or data portability only twice within a 12-month period. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you.

RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER REQUEST

We strive to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 30 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you about such extension period and reason for the same in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. In the event we are unable to adhere to your request, we shall duly provide the reasons for the same.

NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights, save and except in accordance with CCPA.

Under no circumstances, we will:

  • Deny you goods or services;
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties; and
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.

CHANGE CONTROL:

This Policy and the terms herein shall be applicable to you in the event of Company undergoes any functional changes in the way it operates. Such changes may include the Company being re-branded or undergoing the process of a merger or de-merger or other related incidence. On the occurrence of any of these events, your rights as a consumer would remain intact without any changes.
