Ruchika Gupta

Borderless Access is led by Ruchika Gupta, an experienced entrepreneur and founder member of the company. Ruchika is a co-founder of the Cross-Tab Group of Companies, which offer market intelligence and analytics services to businesses globally. She set up Borderless Access in 2008, an independent company under the Cross-Tab group that specializes in providing cutting edge technology & engagement tools and online & mobile panel services in consumer, B2B & healthcare domains globally. She has led the company to 100% growth, year-on-year, since its inception.

Ruchika has been awarded "Emerging Entrepreneur" of the year by CII for the year 2011-2012. She is also the recipient of the "STPI - High Performing Women IT Entrepreneurs" award for the year 2009-2010. Prior to 2000, Ruchika worked with global marketing and advertising companies like 3M, JWT and Euro RSCG.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from BITS, Pilani, India.

Dushyant Gupta

A business leader with over 17 years of experience, Dushyant has a proven track record of successfully creating and managing businesses. He excels at identifying a company’s key business strengths at an early stage of its lifecycle and at leading its growth into an established global MNC.

Dushyant started his career in 1998 as a marketing research professional with Honomichl firms such as Nielsen and Kantar (IMRB International) where he worked across CPG, IT/technology, automotive, finance and other service verticals.
In 2004, he joined Cross-Tab (now Course5i), a global KPO, where he led multi-million dollar consumer research/insight engagements with global accounts such as Microsoft and P&G. As a Research Lead, he continued to strengthen his expertise in consumer behavior, big data analytics and managing global market research campaigns.
His first senior management leadership role was in 2009 at Borderless Access, an award winning global digital market research company that he helped co-found. 
As the Senior VP and later as EVP, Dushyant oversees all aspects of the company’s business growth strategy and also leads the sales, business ops and marketing function at Borderless Access. He was also instrumental in its expansion from 4 to 30 markets. Currently, he is spearheading the efforts to realize Borderless Access’ vision to become a global leader in the digital market research space.
A management major with a minor degree in statistics, Dushyant has also completed an advanced development program from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dushyant regularly speaks at global conferences such as ESOMAR, Research & Results, Insight Association (earlier CASRO) and MRMW. Outside of his professional life, he loves to keep track of disruptive innovations and startup trends. He also nurtures new business ideas as an angel investor and a mentor/advisor.

Jason Tiffer | Vice President, Sales (America

Jason Tiffer

Jason comes to Borderless Access with over 13 years of experience in marketing, sales and new business development. He also has extensive qualitative and quantitative market research experience.

Prior to Borderless Access Jason was Account Director at Lightspeed Research where he oversaw the Western US region encompassing the technology, healthcare, B2B, financial services, travel/leisure, media and CPG sectors. Within the US he has managed the responsibilities of Sector Heads and Senior Account Executives. Jason has also contracted new business from a diversity of clients across all global industries. Jason has also held business development and management positions at Data Development Worldwide and FHP Healthcare.

Jason received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a double minor in International Business and marketing.

Ejaz Mirza

Ejaz joins the management at Borderless Access as the new Sales Head for the Middle East & Africa region. He has over 17 years of experience in both strategic and tactical research. Currently based in Dubai, he has spent over 10 years in the Middle East region, understanding the culture & consumers and helping with the growth of leading brands.

Ejaz has worked alongside renowned specialist firms like Market Pulse and Cross-Tab. He has also contributed to Kantar firms like IMRB International (India) and TNS (Dubai), while also having worked closely with global and regional companies like Almarai, Saudia, Friesland, the Agthia group and many others.
As a development and service lead, Ejaz brings learning and experience from both ad-hoc as well continuous research practices. He carries strong research expertise in F&B, household products, banking, personal care and technology, social, automotive and telecom sectors.

Ejaz holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well as a BA Honors.

Sayantan Paul

Sayantan has over 14 years of experience in market research and specializes in multiple methodologies and domains. He has executed and overseen large-scale multi-country engagements in both traditional and digital formats. He has also managed large teams of researchers and analysts. In his previous roles with leading KPO and global consultancy firms, Sayantan has extensively worked on syndicated and bespoke research assignments, for global FMCG, retail, hospitality, IT and healthcare clients.

At Borderless Access, Sayantan is responsible for sustaining key client relationships across regions, driving operational excellence and client delight.

Max Czycholl, Vice President – Europe

Max Czycholl

Max comes to Borderless Access with 11.5 years of market research experience. Prior to joining Borderless Access, he was Director – Healthcare at Dynata (formerly Research Now SSI) where he was instrumental of building Research Now’s Healthcare business. In 2014, Max established Research Now‘s Healthcare Business Unit in Germany and expanded his area of responsibility to EMEA level.

Max has been active as a Thought Leader in the Healthcare Panel Industry for many years and holds two university diplomas – in Economic Geography and Visual Communications.

Max is a passionate runner, renowned photographer, and speaks Finnish as a second mother tongue.

Dan Foreman

Dan joins Borderless Access as Non-Executive Director and brings over 20 years of market research, business strategy and leadership experience. Dan specializes in emerging technologies and developing markets, having helped organizations grow from incubation to multi-million dollar revenues. Dan began his career at Kantar before progressing to senior client, advertising and consulting roles with Kimberly-Clark, Incite and WFCA. His first senior management role was MD - Europe & Asia for FocusVision Worldwide that was later acquired by Schroder ventures, NY. Since then Dan has operated in investment, advisory and entrepreneurial positions and currently chairs the boards of several research & other industry governing bodies.

Dan is the past president & current elected member for ESOMAR, winner of the prestigious AMA “4 under 40” award and a frequent guest lecturer in leading business schools. He holds a BSc in Psychology and Mathematics from University of Leicester, UK.

Steve Hamilton Clark

Steve joins the global advisory team of Borderless Access in the Middle East region Steve is a hands on, people oriented CEO, Executive Coach and Board Advisor with 28 years of experience in the applied consumer insights & market information industry. He spent the last 21 years in the Middle East & N. Africa as the CEO of TNS, organically building the company into a leading regional multi-million USD consumer research consultancy, with a full time team of 500.

Steve was an executive member of the TNS Africa Mediterranean Middle East & Africa (AMME) Executive Committee, Chairman of the AMME Markets Board, and ESOMAR UAE Representative, the world association for market, social & opinion research, from 2003 to 2013.

Sridhar Srigiriraju

Sridhar joins the Global Advisory Team of Borderless Access to facilitate development of new market research tools specific to the healthcare industry. Sridhar has very formidable background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. He was a former leader in the pharmaceutical retail audit practise in Nielsen India, helped build a pan India prescription and doctor audit practise. A thought leader in knowledge services space in India, Sridhar has helped multiple ITES and KPO companies to launch their research and analytics divisions, innovate business models and build contrarian/orthogonal thinking.

Sridhar has a Master's degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in marketing.
